Easy Does It - Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase made on the Christmas Depot.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can submit a request for return by sending a message to TeamSanta@ChristmasDepot.com or by calling our toll free number, 1-877-ELF-LAND, within 30 days of the order date.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and specify whether you would like a refund or new merchandise shipped to you. Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue an exchange or refund your money, less shipping and handling.

All returned orders must include the original packaging, and be returned to us freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method.

Refused parcels and unauthorized returns will be accepted back at our warehoyse. Provided they are in good condition, we will issue a credit for the value of the items only. If an unauthorized return arrives at our warehouse past 30 days from the order date, we will still issue a credit for the items only, but the return will be subject to an 18% restocking fee, or 20% restocking fee for trees. In the event of a refused parcel or unauthorized return in which the item(s) is damaged, no credit will be issued.

Halloween merchandise purchased before Halloween cannot be returned after Halloween, for refund, credit, or exchange.

Christmas merchandise purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas, for refund, credit, or exchange.

In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 14 day period of the receipt of product. Please reference the item(s) in question, quantity, and a description of the damage so we may issue the appropriate damage control procedure. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do our best to guarantee your satisfaction.
Please note that you must contact us via email or telephone before sending any packages back to us for your return to be valid. Team Santa takes a great deal of pride in delivering your order in a carefully packed and timely manner.
