This set of 10 lights is suitable for indoor use. It features clear bulbs on a white wire. Total length of the strand is approximately 8 feet, with approximately 7 inch spacing between the bulbs, and including approximately 34 inches of lead cord. Total lighted length is approximately 5.25 feet. The set features straight-line construction, so even if one bulb burns out the rest will remain lit. These lights are perfect for places where no outlet is available, such as table centerpieces, wreaths, fireplace, mantles, as well as a myriad of craft applications. This steady burning set uses two C batteries, not included.  These special bulbs are not interchangeable with other light sets.
